http://douglasmccall.mycouncillor.org.uk/2016/08/17/development-on-former-aston-martin-site/aston-martin-site/ Developers propose to build housing on the former Aston Martin site in Tickford Street, Newport Pagnell.

Following the withdrawal by Tesco, Redrow Homes are hoping to submit a planning application for the former Aston Martin site in Tickford Street to Milton Keynes Council to build around 86 properties.

Redrow Homes have made many changes to the original plans as a result of comments from local residents, the Town Council and local ward Councillors. In particular, my ward colleagues and I have persuaded the developers not to remove any on street parking in Priory Street.

One of the other major considerations will be for the use of the three Aston Martin Heritage buildings to ensure that they are retained and put into active use possibly as an Aston Martin museum.
