How to report problems to Milton Keynes Council

If there is a nearby house, road junction, or numbered lamp-post it's easy to pinpoint where the problem and report to: www.milton-keynes.gov.uk/pay-report-apply/report-it

But issues like dumped rubbish or broken glass on Redways may be well away from houses. To help us find the exact location please download the free what3words app to your phone, then it's as easy as 1 2 3:
1. Stand next to the problem you want to report.
2. Open the what3words app and let it find your position.
3. Make a note of the three words pinpointing where you are, take a screenshot, or send yourself a link to the location to use in your report to MK Council or send to your Focus Team.

Most issues don't need this, but where there is no obvious nearby landmark, what3words will help!

A resident reported this dumped rubbish using what3words so MK Council was able to quickly find it and remove it.
