New Council Group Leadership Team Announced
The Milton Keynes Liberal Democrat Council Group has announced their new leadership team for the year ahead at a meeting yesterday.
Councillor Robin Bradburn was elected Group Leader, with Councillor Jane Carr becoming Deputy Leader.
Councillor Paul Trendall is the new Chair, while Councillor Andy Reilly is Vice-Chair.

Newly elected Group Leader Councillor Robin Bradburn said: "I'm thrilled to have been elected by the Group to lead the Liberal Democrats on the Council. I thank them for putting their trust in me."
"We have quite the year ahead of us, and the Liberal Democrats will be fighting for a recovery from COVID that sees our city becoming better, not just going back to 'normal'. We'll be fighting to reduce child poverty, tackle flooding, clean up our neighbourhoods and make sure there are enough homes for our children and grandchildren."
"I will be taking these Liberal Democrat values and priorities into discussions with both parties this week."
