Woolstone green sites - no plans for building

Following the circulation of an "In Touch" leaflet informing Woolstone residents of "proposals from the new Labour administration to build houses on two of Woolstone's green spaces", I asked the Labour Cabinet member the direct question as to whether this is true. The answer was "Nothing is happening with these sites".

I asked a further question quoting an email from the same Conservative source who claimed this week that "these additional sites are planned to be brought forward for consultation". I asked whether there was any truth in this. The answer was "there is no truth in that. You can reassure your residents".

Good news for Woolstone residents who have become very concerned following the scaremongering.
